GetWhized ("we," "us," "our," or "Company") operates the GetWhized Auto web application at getwhized.com. We provide AI-powered car-buying tools and financial calculators.

Account & Identity Data: When you register, we collect your email address, name, and role. This is required to create and manage your account.
Car-Buying & Usage Data: We store your consumer profile, verified buying power, vehicle broadcasts, dealer offers, saved vehicles, and dealership listings you create. This data is used to deliver the service and is owned by you.
Usage & Analytics Data: We collect interaction events (e.g., button clicks, feature usage) to improve the app. This data is aggregated and not used for advertising profiling.
Device & Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device type, and session timestamps are logged for security and debugging purposes.
GetWhized Auto uses large language model (LLM) services to generate content. Your prompts and inputs may be sent to third-party AI providers to generate responses. We do not use your personal data to train AI models. AI-generated content may be inaccurate — see our Terms of Service for the full disclaimer.

We retain your account and content data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

We use session cookies and local storage to maintain your login state and app preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may affect app functionality.
GetWhized is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us data, contact us immediately and we will delete it.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), authentication controls, and access restrictions. No system is 100% secure — if you discover a security issue, please report it to support@getwhized.com.
We may update this policy and will post the new version on this page with an updated date. For material changes, we will notify registered users by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
